Stacey has a broad range of post graduate training and experience in the areas of Manual Therapy using the Maitland© Method, Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine, McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy®, Kinetic Control, NeuroOrthopeadic Institute, Acupuncture and Chronic Pain.

Alex Jones Osteopath M.Ost Registered with GOsC

Alex is a fully qualified osteopath, graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a masters degree (M.Ost). He has always had a passion for the human body and became interested in osteopathy when experiencing it first hand after suffering with multiple rugby injuries.


 As well as being a registered osteopath with the professions governing body (GOsC), Alex is also qualified to use acupuncture with patients and may discuss integrating this with other osteopathic treatment. He also holds a qualification in the application of Rocktape kinisiology tape.

Karen Croxon Soft Tissue Therapist Member of SMA

Karen performs soft tissue therapy and sports massage to help prevent injuries and aid recovery.

Karen has undertaken level 4 Sports Massage, and is able to diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries. She also holds a qualification in the application of taping. Karen has also studied the first two years of the physiotherapy degree.

Sam Watson MCSP

Sam is a senior physiotherapist with 8 years experience in neuromuskuloskeletal and sports physiotherapy. Sam has worked in private practice ever since qualifying in 2012. He has worked in occupational health, medico-legal clinics, musculoskeletal outpatient, and sports injury clinics. Currently Sam also works as a first contact practitioner assessing and triaging complex patients within the NHS. He has an avid interest in Sports Physiotherapy, Sports Medicine and elite performance. Sam has worked with professional squash players and footballers.


Sam believes firmly in finding and treating the root cause of a problem and not just treating the symptoms. He uses an array of manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and restore function alongside tailored home exercise programmes for long term recovery. He is also trained in the use of Compex muscle stimulation and acupuncture, he is an advanced trainer for Compex and is registered with the Acupuncture Associations of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP). 

Sam represented Yorkshire Badminton at youth level and currently plays in local leagues; he has a second degree black belt in Jiu Jitsu. When not playing sport, he enjoys walking in the countryside and exploring new places.
